Ancient Body Works philosophy is all about exploring your entire being. We offer energy healing and physical modalities—meaning we can address the matter at a cellular level and, ultimately, get to the core of the matter. When we get to the core of a pattern or recurring issue, we can identify it fully and transmute it intentionally.

At Ancient Body Works, we see our existence as extremely multifaceted and interconnected. There’s the spiritual body, the energetic body, and physical body. If there’s trauma stuck at a cellular level, we need to address issues in the spiritual and energetics bodies first. Once we get the stuck energy cleared from your energetic matrix and chakras, we can start to address the physical body. The physical body takes longer to heal than the energetic/emotional being, especially if there was fear or trauma that brought on the pain.
Akashic Records
Akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning “sky” or “space” and the Akashic records are the record of your soul’s journey from the first time you arise from source until you eventually return home.
The Akashic Records hold all of your souls business, past, present and future potential.
By accessing the Akashic records, I get to the who, what, when, where, how and why of a repeating pattern, type of relationship or trigger that has come in from the past and is affecting the present.
Following clear protocols I begin by identifying the element and energetic nature and who it’s related to. When we can understand the contract, curse, or discarnate soul attachment’s nature, the transmutation happens from the very root.
Energy is fluid. And never goes away. That’s why it’s so important to transmute the energies from something negative into something upgraded and to the highest benefit of our soul.
Every Akashic Record reading session includes a chakra clearing and aligning, conscious breathwork, guided or silent meditation and reiki.
